1. Cancellation Conditions

We allow order cancellations under the following conditions:

  • Orders that have not yet been shipped and were placed within the last 36 hours may be canceled upon customer request. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the order has already been shipped or if more than 36 hours have passed since the order was placed, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • In these situations, the customer must wait for the delivery and then submit a return request according to our shop’s return process.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, customers must contact our support team by email or phone.

The request must include:

  • The order number

  • Proof of payment, such as a receipt or screenshot, to assist with verification

3. Cancellation Review and Refund Processing

Once a cancellation request is received, we will review the provided information.
If the order meets the cancellation requirements, the cancellation will be processed promptly and a confirmation email will be sent.

Refunds are typically initiated within 1–3 business days using the same payment method selected at checkout.
