Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy

1. Return Conditions

Customers may request a return within 35 days from the date the order is received.

Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

• The item received does not match the item ordered.

• The product arrives with a defect or damage identified at the time of delivery.

• The customer chooses to exercise the right of return within the allowed period, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unused, unassembled, and complete with original packaging and all accessories.

2. No Direct Exchanges

• Due to inventory availability, logistics constraints, and the risk of product mismatch, our shop does not offer direct exchanges.

If a different model or variation is desired, the customer must return the original item and place a new order after the refund has been completed.

3. Order Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Customers may request to cancel an order within 36 hours of purchase.

If the order has already been shipped or if more than 36 hours have passed, cancellation is no longer possible.
In this case, the customer must wait for delivery and then initiate a return request following our shop’s return process.

4. Return Request Procedure

To submit a return or refund request, customers must contact us by email and provide the following information:

• Order number

• Reason for the request

• Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective

5. Return Shipping

Once the return request is approved, return instructions will be provided by email.

A return shipping label is included inside the package, allowing customers to begin the return process immediately upon receiving their order.

• If the return is due to a confirmed defect or damage, our shop will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the return is voluntary (the item is correct and undamaged but no longer wanted), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be securely packaged, fully protected, and include all original components and accessories.

6. Processing Time

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent once the process is completed.

7. Refund Method

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout.
The time it takes for funds to appear depends on the customer’s bank or payment service provider.
