6. Order Cancellation

We allow order cancellations under the following conditions:

• Orders that have not yet been shipped and were placed within the last 36 hours may be canceled upon customer request. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

• If the order has already been shipped or if more than 36 hours have passed since the order was placed, cancellation is no longer possible.

• In these situations, the customer must wait for the delivery and then submit a return request according to our shop’s return process.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All return, exchange, and refund requests must comply with our Return, Exchange, or Refund Policy.

Customers may request a return within 35 days from the date the order is received.

Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

Due to inventory availability, logistics constraints, and the risk of product mismatch, our shop does not offer direct exchanges.

If a different model or variation is desired, the customer must return the original item and place a new order after the refund has been completed.
